Under Construction
The Junior Plus Membership is intended for individuals between 18-21 years old who did not become involved in the Junior Program by their 18th birthday, and would like to have access to the long gun and archery ranges. Applicants must have a valid FID card.
Given the significant responsibility of membership, our membership process is designed to ensure we understand each applicant’s character and commitment to safety.
After completing Tasks 1 & 2 to Membership, applicants enter a probationary period during which they are required to complete 15 volunteer hours by participating in work parties and organized club events. In addition, probationary members must demonstrate safety proficiency by participating in five Junior Program shooting sessions and/or long gun programs. Signatures from the respective program chairpersons are required to document completion.
Applicants may not complete Task 3 until after completion of the above.
Firearms Allowed
Juniors Plus Members must comply with all statutory licensing requirements related to firearm ownership, transportation on Holbrook Sportsmen’s Club property, and use.
If Juniors Plus Members wish to participate in pistol shooting or pistol competitions, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a lawful LTC holder and firearm owner.
Guest Policy
Junior Plus members may not bring guests who are not their legal guardian to the Holbrook Sportsmen's Club.
FeesYear 1 - New Member
Junior Plus Members are responsible for notifying Membership when they turn 21 years old so that their membership can be changed to Associate Member. At that time, all Associate Member requirements apply.
